Hawaiian Castle started with one griddle, a family recipe for sweet buttered rolls, and a simple belief: fast food should still taste like it was made by someone who cares.
What began as a weekend pop-up feeding neighbors after beach days grew into a full kitchen serving sliders, wings and our signature Island Butter Pan. We kept the same rules we started with — cook to order, season with aloha, and never rush the butter.
